Flowers of early summer
As you can tell I love gardening, I’m not a pro by any means but I really enjoy the process. It’s not always a success story & some plants don’t make it but I like the challenge. When I practise Pilates it’s similar, I love it but it’s hard. I teach others to love it but it can be hard. I help people achieve their goals & it’s a privilege to journey along with them. It takes time, dedication & practise- but we all love it!

Allotment life
It’s hard physical work but from doing Pilates regularly, my flexibility & strength help me with allotment tasks. This evening I had to fill & carry heavy watering cans from the water butt to the plots. Engaging my core, carrying the watering cans, keeping my back safe & being able to do it on repeat. Pilates is my foundation! There are a lot of seedlings to keep alive!

Also remember to stretch after a hot bath or showe
