I've been teaching Pilates in gardens recently which is just fabulous. Being outside, with nature & surrounded by natural beauty is just so inspiring.


A down dog while watching the grass move in the wind. Threading the needle to look directly at the tulips. Side plank while to reaching up towards the clouds. Abdo prep to peek at the vegetables growing in the plot...
