It’s been such a challenging time for everyone. Big businesses, small ones & everyone in between. I’m feeling very grateful for my, and my family’s, health. Lockdown has been difficult at times but yet pressing pause on life as I knew it, was also golden.

Reflection, time out, family at the centre, just the 4 of us...

My Pilates business has actually continued to grow. I’ve been using Zoom pro allowing unlimited zoom sessions with local & distanced clients. Everyone staying safe at home- yet healthy, fit & able to continue Pilates in their routine.

I’ve never practised so hard, written so many varied class plans & had to think outside the box for props (when gym equipment was impossible to order in!). Am grateful, lucky & thankful to my lovely clients who stood by with me & coped. Welcome to my newer recruits too- Pilates is a way of life & I’m proud to be able to share it with you all.

Stay safe, stay well

Monica
